THE DEAL: Two Years of WHITEFOX Brisbane

WHITEFOX Brisbane. A name that, in just two years, has become synonymous with luxury.

But behind the prestige properties, landmark projects and headline results is a team that began with something to prove.

When the office opened in September 2024, there were nine people in the starting line-up. They were young, hungry, keen to learn and ready to shake things up. There was a clear plan, serious ambition and no guarantee Brisbane would embrace a new name so quickly.

What followed exceeded every expectation.

Reflecting on the anniversary, Managing Director Phillip Rand put it: "It's been incredible to see the growth over the last two years, both of the business and our team. We are very proud of what we've achieved, and excited for where we are going."

That is the real story of WHITEFOX Brisbane’s first two years. Not simply the growth of an office, but the growth of the people who backed it from the beginning.

The results soon followed. Since opening, the office has completed 126 transactions worth $499.33 million, selling property across 38 suburbs at an average price of $3.96 million.

It began with a team willing to back an idea before the runs were on the board. People who wanted to learn, work hard and build something that felt different from the established Brisbane model. Under Phillip’s leadership, the office found its rhythm quickly.

Today, he leads a team that includes Edi Zhubi, Associate Director of Projects, and Jessica Tinsley, Project Marketing and Operations Manager. Jordan Curtis, Hunter B. Parkes, Leslie Ow, Thomas Rohm-Hurford, Jason Chave and Daniel Fletcher drive the office’s residential and project campaigns, supported by Office Coordinator Luci McDonald and Project Coordinator Nia Avdyl.

HORIZON

HORIZON by GRAYA sold prior to completion for $10.5 million. The KLOUD penthouse achieved $9.1 million. Significant results followed across New Farm, Bardon, Ashgrove, Peregian Beach, Kangaroo Point and Byron Bay.

Then the ambition grew.

Brisbane became the home of WHITEFOX Projects, expanding the team’s reach from individual residential campaigns into some of Australia’s most significant new developments. YORK by GRAYA, Heirloom, Enclave by GRAYA, EADE Byron Bay, One Toorak Place and The Gallery all became part of the story.

EADE

In FY25–26, WHITEFOX Projects recorded $371 million in sales across 10 projects. Four projects launched, six commenced construction and three reached completion. Appointment-to-sale conversion increased by 45 per cent, while EADE, Heirloom and Enclave were recognised as finalists in The Urban Developer Awards for Excellence in Project Marketing.

More recently, The Gallery surpassed $102 million in residential sales, with the majority secured before construction commenced.

As the anniversary approached, the team reflected on what had been built over the previous 24 months: a track record few people inside or outside the office anticipated when the doors first opened. Today, WHITEFOX Brisbane is firmly part of the conversation around the city’s leading luxury real estate businesses.

That reputation belongs to more than one person or one result. It belongs to the founding team, the people who joined along the way, the wider WHITEFOX network and the clients and development partners who trusted the office while it was still proving what it could become.

In two years, WHITEFOX Brisbane has turned ambition into results, and results into reputation.

The name is established. The standard has been set.

This is only the beginning.
