With soaring arches, hand-rendered lime walls, alabaster marble feature lights, chevron Kustom Timber floors, and a sculptural brass balustrade, all working in harmony to shape a residence that feels as much art as it does architecture.

The kitchen is a statement, anchored by a Hot Rock Granite half-moon island designed in rhythm with the ceiling above. Behind, a concealed butler’s pantry balances form with function. The flow continues to multiple indoor-outdoor living zones where 180° skyline and ocean views dominate the horizon.

Upstairs, the master suite is an experience in itself accessed via a vaulted tunnel, revealing a dressing room and ensuite crowned with a circular stone bath. Every one of the five bedrooms enjoys its own ensuite, because compromise doesn’t belong here.

Adding another layer of appeal, the detached two-bedroom, two-bathroom granny flat was originally envisioned as a mini Villa Casa and, fittingly, was the first dwelling to be completed on the estate.
